Marcel RessFriends of good food and fine wines are looking forward to a very special culinary event the upcoming week: the Mar de Nudos in Palma will become a pop-up-restaurant for the young German chef Marcel Ress, whose creations will be paired with Bodega Biniagual’s wines.
„Mar de Nudos meets Marcel Re{ss}“ starts on Wednesday, February 10th, and continues until Saturday, February 13th. Marcel Ress, who recently won the Spanish edition of the competition Topchef, will offer a three course lunch menu, paired with wines by Bodega Biniagual. From Thursday on, there will also be an evening menu available, also with matching wines from Biniagual.
The restaurant “Mar de Nudos” in Palma’s harbour is owned by Marco di Loreto, a former pupil of Eckard Witzigmann and a well-known professional on the island of Mallorca. Marcel Ress formed part of Marc Fosh’s team at Michelin starred Simply Fosh restaurant.
